We opened the doors of Hard-Eight BBQ, Stephenville, February 8th, 2003, providing a truly unique Texas-Style BBQ joint. A year later we added the Brady location and in 2007 our Coppell location was opened. Visitors from all over texas as well as the Bation have enjoyed our Award Winning Cuisine!!

We use authentic mesquite wood, slow cooking over open pits. The "Old World" style was adopted from German settlers who came to the Texas Hill Country over a century ago. This method along with our own family recipes provide an aromatic flavor unlike any other.

Hard-Eight has recieved many awards along with news paper and magazine articles. Chili pepper, Texas Monthly, Texas Highways and Ride Texas magazines are a few who have enjoyed our great restaurants.
