Dr. Dhanabalsamy completed her medical school training at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, India. She moved to United States for a research fellowship in the division of Bariatric and metabolic diseases at the Cleveland Clinic Florida and eventually completed a year of post-doctoral research fellowship at the University of Arizona, Tucson.
She did her Internal Medicine residency training at the Medical city, Fort Worth and served as a Chief resident during the final year of residency training.

Dr. Nisha believes in imparting maximum information to help patients in making choices in determining their treatment plans, which improves patient care and treatment outcomes.
Dr. Dhanabalsamy enjoys painting, biking and loves to travel.
